LABACE Celebrates Its 20th Edition with a Debut at Campo de Marte and Record-Breaking Expectations for Attendance and Business
São Paulo, July 21, 2025 – The 20th edition of LABACE (Latin American Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition), the largest and most prominent business aviation event in Latin America, will debut at Campo de Marte Airport in São Paulo, marking the beginning of a new era for the sector in Brazil. More than a logistical shift, the new venue signals a bold step toward expansion, innovation, and institutional strengthening for the business aviation ecosystem. The event will be held from August 5 to 7.
The available exhibition area will increase from 38,400 m² to over 110,000 m², unlocking the location’s full potential and tripling the size of the show’s infrastructure. This substantial growth allows for more aircraft on display, greater visitor flow, expanded booth installations, and enhanced opportunities for special activations throughout the three-day event. Located in São Paulo’s northern region, Campo de Marte offers easier access, increased visibility, and enhanced operational and display capabilities—including in-flight demonstrations—emphasizing the strategic importance of general aviation in Brazil.
“With the move to Campo de Marte, we gain the ability to host flight demos, integrate with the future São Paulo Aerospace Museum (MAPA), and welcome visitors arriving in their own aircraft—something that was not feasible at Congonhas, our former venue. This new format allows us to showcase the maturity of Brazilian business aviation to the world,” says Flavio Pires, CEO of ABAG (Brazilian General Aviation Association), which organizes the event.
LABACE has established itself as the leading annual meeting point for business aviation in Latin America and plays a critical role in advancing Brazil’s aviation industry. The last edition welcomed nearly 18,000 trade-only visitors, featured more than 144 national and international exhibitors, and generated an estimated US$300 million in business over the course of three days.
“Beyond showcasing the latest in aircraft and aviation services, LABACE fosters technical discussions, debates public policies relevant to the sector, and creates opportunities for networking among aircraft owners, executives, operators, manufacturers, regulators, and investors. Its impact goes far beyond the show floor—it’s a business catalyst and a growth engine for Brazil’s civil aviation industry,” Pires adds.
The 2025 edition will bring a range of new features that highlight its leadership position in the industry. Key highlights include:
- VIP reception terminal for attendees arriving by private aircraft;
- Internal shuttle service with direct access to the exhibition grounds;
- Dedicated innovation and technology zone, showcasing cutting-edge industry players;
- Sustainability initiatives, including emissions inventory and ESG-aligned actions;
- Cultural partnerships with the São Paulo Aerospace Museum, which will showcase world-renowned historic aircraft;
- Concierge services, offering tourism and gastronomy recommendations, especially curated for international guests.
This year’s event also comes at a time of exceptional growth for business aviation in Brazil. According to ANAC (Brazil’s National Civil Aviation Agency), the country recently surpassed 1,000 executive jets, with fleet growth of roughly 17% in the last 12 months alone. Brazil remains the second-largest executive jet market in the world, behind only the United States.
“We believe we’ll only widen our lead in this position. Brazil has a professionalized market, trained personnel, a solid business structure, and the technical expertise to keep expanding. As a vast country, we are deeply reliant on safe and efficient air transport,” adds ABAG’s CEO.
“Our goal is to continue elevating the ecosystem that powers business aviation—from operators and MRO facilities to technology providers, parts resellers, training schools, FBOs, and more,” concludes Pires.
